In 2008 we began an oak alternatives program, to help winemakers fine tune wines that may not barrels. The program consists of toasted oak powders, chips, dominos and tank (barrel) staves. The alternatives program is available in all of the same toast levels as barrels, however some toast levels are not available with all products, please contact us to learn more. The oak alternatives come in bulk 50 lbs (23 kg) bags or in 20 lbs (9 kg) infusion bags. Our tank staves are cut and drilled to match your existing tank stave system.
