The French Oak that we use is sourced from the Allier and Never Forests. These barrels are a great addition to any cellar as they bring a new and different flavor that is very harmonious with our American Oak barrels. The French Oak barrels are now available in 225L Bordeaux, 228L Burgundy and the 265L “Gallo”.
