Our finished sets undergo the same strict quality controls as the staves and heading we use in our own barrels. Seasoned for 24 or 36 months, these sets are ready to be assembled and put to use once you receive them. We have several sizes to choose from; 225L, 228L, 265L, 300L and 500L.
